摘要 随着社会各领域的不断发展,人们对教育问题的关注程度越来越高。近几年,人们对小学教育的关注程度有了明显的增长趋势,在小学教育教学中,数学教育对学生自身的思维能力及创新能力的培养有很大的帮助。分层异步教学在小学数学教学中的开展,保证了教学过程的多元化,这种方法还可以针对学生的自身特点提出有针对性的教学方式,很好地满足了学生的实际学习需求。 With the continuous development of various fields in society,people are paying more attention to education issues. In recent years,there has been a clear trend of increasing attention to primary school education. In primary school education,mathematics education has greatly helped the development of students' own thinking and creative ability. The implementation of stratified asynchronous teaching in primary school mathematics teaching ensures the diversification of teaching process. This method can also provide targeted teaching methods according to students' own characteristics,which satisfies the actual learning needs of students.
