There are strong characteristics： professionally,sociality,practicality in the course of ＂Urban and Rural Social Comprehensive Survey＂. As an example of urban and rural planning major in applied technology university,this paper argues the strategies of development and application between ＂Urban and Rural Social Comprehensive Survey＂and social practices from three aspects of the questionnaire design,carrying out path and comprehensive evaluation.
