With the continuous development of information technology in our country,the new teaching concept of hybrid learning has gradually emerged. However,few cases have been truly implemented in higher education teaching.A detailed analysis of mixed learning in colleges and universities in an information-based environment was conducted,and related theories of blended learning were discussed and analyzed.
