摘要
华电能源牡丹江第二发电厂300 MW机组从投产至今,一次风机负荷控制方式一直采用入口节流调节。2017年初,查阅相关的文献资料,克服了原有一次风机负荷控制方式和设备管理方法,在实际运行中一次风机负荷控制不采用入口节流调节,利用磨煤机入口风量调节门(一次风机出口节流调节)调节一次风机负荷,每班认真采集试验数据,分析试验结果,确定方法可行有效,达到了提高风机效率、降低厂用电量的目的。
The 300 MW unit of Huadian Energy Mudanjiang No. 2 Power Plant has been put into operation so far. The inlet throttle control has been used for the control of the primary fan load. In early 2017,the relevant literature was consulted to overcome the original fan load control method and equipment management method. In the actual operation,the primary fan load control does not use the inlet throttling regulation,and the coal mill inlet air volume adjustment door( primary fan outlet) is used. Throttle regulation adjusts the load of a fan,collects test data carefully in each shift,and they analyze the test results,determine the method is feasible and effective,and achieve the purpose of improving the fan efficiency and reduce the power consumption of the plant.
