油田地面工程建设无损检测中的问题及改进策略 被引量:3

摘要 油田是我国经济发展的主要助推力,在我国经济发展的过程中,油田起到的作用是非常重要的。在油田地面工程建设过程中,进行质量检测是非常必要的,质量的控制检测具有较高的系统性、全面性,对油田地面工程建设进行无损检测可以保证油田的正常发展。在油田地面工程建设中,油田集输管道及场站工艺管道十分重要,无损检测可保证管道焊接质量,借助无损检测手段可及时查找工程中存在的质量问题,提升油田地面工程的建设质量。分析了油田地面工程建设中无损检测存在的问题,提出了相应的改进策略,以有效提升油田地面工程建设的安全性、可靠性。 The oil field is the main boosting force for China's economic development. In the process of China 's economic development,the role played by the oil field is very important. The quality control test has a high degree of systematicness and comprehensiveness. Non-destructive testing of the oil field surface engineering construction can guarantee the normal development of the oil field. In the construction of oil field ground engineering,oil field gathering pipelines and field station process pipelines are very important. Non-destructive testing can ensure the quality of pipeline welding. With the help of non-destructive testing methods,quality problems existing in the project can be promptly searched to improve the construction quality of the oil field ground engineering. The problems existing in non-destructive testing of the oilfield surface engineering construction are analyzed,and corresponding improvement strategies are proposed to effectively improve the safety and reliability of the oilfield surface engineering construction.
