目前在建的AP1000核电机组汽轮机设计和制造具有新的技术特点。本文从汽轮机质量监督控制的角度分析、阐述了AP1000核电机组汽轮机生产制造的关键,提出各个关键阶段质量控制的监督重点,以对后续AP1000项目同类机组汽轮机监造经验反馈,为有效防止后续AP1000项目出现相同设备质量问题提供了一种思路。

The design and manufacture of the steam turbine for the AP1000 nuclear power plant under construction in these days have new technical features. From the point of quality supervision, this paper analyzes the keys in making the steam turbine for AP1000 nuclear power plant, and points out how to control the quality at each critical stage. It provides experience for the supervision of the turbine for similar AP1000 nuclear power set, which can be a good way of thinking in addressing the similar equipment quality problems.
