Measures for Accurate Prevention of Accidents in Nuclear Power Project Construction

本文针对核电工程的建造情况,论述了如何把"安全第一、预防为主、综合治理"的安全方针精准落实,突出了安全文化范围的营造,施工管理及安全监督相结合。安全人员必须高度熟悉并执行工程施工计划来实现预控,充分发挥体系管理的作用。对提出的预控措施和管理办法进行了分析和总结,以提高现场的安全管控效果,精准控制安全事故的发生,从而促进核电工程的顺利建设。

This paper discusses how to correctly implement the safety policy in constructing a nuclear power project, which is “safety first, precaution crucial, and treatment comprehensive”. This policy highlights the importance of building an atmosphere of safety culture, combining construction management and safety supervision, preventing accidents by means of well knowing and carrying out the construction schedule, and making full use of the systematic management. The paper also analyzes and summarizes the pre -control measures and management measures, in the hope of improving the safety control effect on site to have an accurate prevention of safety accidents. Accordingly, the construction of the nuclear power project can be conducted in a smooth way.
