A型肉毒毒素联合减张压迫法对面部整形美容手术患者切口愈合及瘢痕的影响

Effect of botulinum toxin type A combined with tension-reduced pressing on wound healing and scar in patients with facial plastic surgery

目的观察A型肉毒毒素联合减张压迫法对面部整形美容手术患者切口愈合及瘢痕的影响。方法选取2014年12月至2017年5月于本院进行面部整形美容手术的患者92例,将其按随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组46例。对照组接受A型肉毒毒素治疗,观察组接受A型肉毒毒素+减张压迫法治疗。对比两组疗效、满意度、瘢痕增生情况及不良反应情况。结果观察组优良率为91.30%,高于对照组的69.57%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组总满意度为93.48%,高于对照组的78.26%,瘢痕增生率为4.35%,低于对照组的19.57%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组均无头痛、表情麻木及注射部位肿胀或瘀斑等不良反应出现。结论面部整形美容手术患者使用A型肉毒毒素联合减张压迫法利于促进切口愈合,减少瘢痕增生,提升手术效果及美观度,同时可获得较高的满意度,应用效果较佳。

Objective To observe the effect of botulinum toxin type A（btx-A） combined with tension-reduced pressing on wound healing and scar in patients with facial plastic surgery. Methods 92 patients with facial plastic surgery in our hospital from December 2014 to May 2017 were selected, and they were divided into control group and observation group by random number table, with 46 cases in each group. Control group was given btx-A, while observation group was treated with btx-A combined with tensionreduced pressing. The efficacy, satisfaction, scar hypertrophy and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. ResultsThe effective rate of observation group（91.30%） was higher than control group（69.57%）（P〈0.05）; The total satisfaction of observation group（93.48%） was higher than control group（78.26%）, while the scar hypertrophy rate of observation group（4.35%） was lower than control group（19.57%）（P〈0.05）; There were no adverse reactions such as headache, face numbness, swelling or ecchymosis at the injection site in two groups. Conclusion btx-A combined with tension-reduced pressing for patients with facial plastic surgery can promote wound healing, reduce scar hypertrophy, increase surgical effects and aesthetic degree, achieve higher satisfaction, which has better application effects.
