对比复合皮移植、皮肤软组织扩张术应用于烧伤整形治疗中的临床效果

Clinical effect of contrast composite skin transplantation and skin soft tissue expansion in the treatment of burn and plastic surgery

目的研究对比复合皮移植、皮肤软组织扩张术应用于烧伤整形治疗中的临床效果。方法在2016年2月到2017年2月之间,随机选取我院收治的烧伤患者60例作为本次研究对象,根据患者的入院顺序将患者分为两组,观察组患者采用复合皮移植治疗,对照组患者采用皮肤软组织扩张术治疗,对比两种手术方式的治疗效果。结果观察组患者的创面皮肤恢复血运时间、创面愈合时间以及术后并发症发生率均低于对照组,对比差异显著,且P<0.05,具有统计学意义。结论对烧伤患者采用皮肤软组织扩张术治疗,有助于改善创面皮肤血运,促进创面愈合,临床效果显著,改善患者的生活质量,具有临床推广价值。

Objective To study the clinical effect of combined skin transplantation and skin soft tissue expansion in the treatment of burn and plastic surgery. Methods From February 2016 to February 2017, were randomly selected from our hospital 60 cases of burn patients as the research object, according to the order of admission, patients were divided into two groups, A group were treated with composite skin graft treatment, B group were treated by skin soft tissue dilatation, two surgical treatment effect comparison. Results The observation group of patients with skin wound revascularization time, wound healing time and postoperative complication rate was lower than the control group, had significant differences, and P is less than 0.05, with statistical significance. Conclusion The treatment of burn patients with skin and soft tissue expansion can help to improve the skin and blood circulation and promote wound healing. The clinical effect is significant, and the quality of life of patients is improved. It has the value of clinical promotion.
