染料脉冲光联合长脉冲1064nm Nd:YAG激光治疗鲜红斑痣的临床研究

Dye pulse light combined with long pulse 1064nm Nd:YAG laser for the control of bright red nevus

目的分析鲜红斑痣患者采用染料脉冲光联合长脉冲1064nm Nd:YAG激光治疗的临床效果。方法选取我院2016年11月-2017年11月期间收治的80例鲜红斑痣患者按照不同治疗方式采用随机抽签法分为试验组(40例,采用染料脉冲光联合长脉冲1064nm Nd:YAG激光治疗)、对照组(40例,采用长脉冲1064nm Nd:YAG激光治疗),将两组患者治疗总有效率、不良反应发生率进行对比。结果试验组患者治疗总有效率(95%)显著高于对照组(87.5%)。试验组患者治疗后水泡、色素不均、色沉等不良反应发生率(5%)显著低于对照组(12.5%)。结论鲜红斑痣患者采用染料脉冲光联合长脉冲1064nm Nd:YAG激光治疗的效果优于单一激光照射治疗,且不良反应较低,值得广泛推广应用。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of the combination of dye pulse light combined with long pulse 1064 nm N d： YAG laser in patients with bright red nevus.Methods Select from November 2016 to November 2016 admitted during the period of 80 patients with nevus flammeus were divided into experimental group by random draw method according to the different treatments（40 cases, the joint long pulse dye pulse light 1064 nm Nd： YAG laser treatment） and the control group（40 cases, the use of long pulse of 1064 nm Nd： YAG laser treatment）, the total effective rate of two groups of patients, the incidence of adverse reaction were compared.Results The total effective rate（95%） was significantly higher in the experimental group than in the control group（87.5%）.The advers e reaction rate（5%） was significantly lower in the experimental group than in the control group（12.5%）.Conclusion The combination of dye pulse light combined with long pulse 1064 nm Nd： YAG laser treatment is better than single laser irradiation therapy, and the adv erse reaction is low, which is worthy of extensive application.
