自体脂肪颗粒填充术是提高老化的面部皮肤质量、促进面部年轻化的热门技术,自体脂肪颗粒作为最适合人体生理的软组织填充物之一,具有生物相容性好、安全无排斥反应、操作便捷、并发症少、手感良好等优点。本文对自体脂肪颗粒填充术的理论基础、自体脂肪颗粒的移植技术、自体脂肪填充术应用于面部整形填充的具体临床应用及前沿性进行综述,为自体脂肪颗粒填充术在面部整形进一步发展和应用提供依据。

Autologous fat particle filling is a popular technique for improving the quality of aging facial skin and promoting facial rejuvenation. As one of the soft tissue fillings that is most suitable for human physiology, autologous fat particles have the advantages of good biocompatibility, safety without rejection, easy operation, less complications, and good hand feel. This article reviews the theoretical basis of autologous fat particle filling, autologous fat particle transplantation, and autologous fat filling for the specific clinical applications and frontiers of facial plastic filling. It is the further development and application of autologous fat particle filling in facial plastic surgery.
