摘要
针对煤矿井下瓦斯治理布局复杂、临时封孔困难等问题,对一种新型瓦斯抽采封孔器使用特性进行理论研究,推导出封孔器封孔效果的理论公式。除封孔器自身特性外,研究提出影响封孔效果的三个因素:钻孔倾角、封孔器工作压力和钻孔直径。经过理论分析表明,封孔效果随着钻孔角度的增大而降低;随着封孔器工作压力的增大而增大;随着钻孔直径的增大而降低。通过试验,验证了理论公式的正确性,对煤矿井下临时封孔提供了理论依据。
Based on the complex problem of gas control and temporary hole sealing in coal mine, theoretical study of the characteristics of the new hole packer was conducted, and the theoretical sealing effect formula of hole packer was derived.Apart from the characteristics of the hole packer, three factors that influencing the sealing effect were put forward, that were borehole inclination angle, working pressure and borehole diameter. The theoretical analysis showed that the sealing effect decreased with the increasing of borehole inclination angle, increased with the increasing of working pressure and decreased with the increasing of borehole diameter. The test supported the theoretical results, and provided theoretical basis for temporary sealing hole in mine.
