摘要
为了实现矿井掘进工作面的安全掘进,基于矿井动力灾害监测地球物理方法相关理论,跟踪考察并测试了万峰煤矿煤巷掘进过程中进尺、瓦斯涌出量及地球物理信号和岩巷爆破掘进过程中进尺情况及地球物理信号,根据各参量耦合关系依次确定煤、岩巷道合理掘进速度,结果表明:煤巷应力前移速度为2 m/班,安全掘进方式为以1.6、2.4、2.4 m/班循环式掘进或以2 m/班的速度恒定式掘进。岩巷爆破掘进时装药量为35 kg左右、日进尺在2 m左右,应力集中造成岩体破坏程度小,可实现安全掘进。
In order to realize safe mining,based on the theory of geophysical methods for mine dynamic disaster monitoring,with inspection of Wanfeng Mine mining footage, gas emission and tested geophysical signal, the coupling relationship between the parameters determined the reasonable driving speed. The results showed that roadway stress mining speed is 2 m/shift, the safe driving method is 1.6 m/shift,2.4 m/shift,2.4 m/shift in cycle or at a speed of 2 m/shift. Rock blasting amount was about 35 kg, the daily footage at about 2 m, the stress concentration causes little failure degree to rock body, with safe mining.
