摘要
在金桥污水50 000 t/d污水厂自动化技术应用研究过程中,采用光纤传输以及Ether Net通讯模式,实现了中央控制室与2个现场PLC站之间的网络通讯,且结构简单,稳定性高。PLC站下挂远程I/O站,通讯方式为PROFIBUS-DP,波特率设置为187.5 bps,有效平衡了数据量和数据传输速度。该污水厂依据进水水质调研,采用了A2O工艺,建厂初期就已经实现了PLC集中化控制,利用"信息技术+PLC+智能仪表+变频技术"实现污水处理的自动控制及实时数据传输。
In the study of automation technology of 50 000 t/d Jinqiao Sewage Plant, optical fiber transmission and Ether Net communication mode were adopted to realize network communication of central control rooms and 2 PLC stations,with simple structure and high stability. PLC with remote I/O station, with communication PROFIBUS-DP, Baud rate 187.5 bps, balancing data volume and data transmission speed. Based on the water inflow research of the plant, A2O was adopted, information technology +PLC+ smart meter + frequency conversion technology enabled to automatic control and real-time data transmission of sewage treatment.
