摘要
由于燕子山矿5号煤顶板岩性差、流动性强,巷道支架后期容易出现变形威胁井下施工人员的生命安全。本次的研究对象是设计长度为1300 m,埋深500 m左右的运输大巷,对其在掘进过程中出现的围岩变形、腰线内移和底鼓严重现象进行分析,采用高强预紧力锚杆进行二次返修支护试验。在试验巷道测试了锚杆和辅助锚索的预紧力,并与巷道围岩变形所需支撑力进行比较,得出高强预紧力锚杆支护方案能够实现巷道变形可控性的结论。试验结果显示,巷道顶板下沉最大量39 mm,两帮移近量最大值163 mm,底板基本无变化。这证明了高强预紧力锚杆支护能够满足巷道需求,是具有推广应用价值的。
Due to the poor lithology and strong fluidity, the deformation of the support in the late stage of the roadway threatening the safety of the underground construction, the object of this study is to design a transportation roadway with a length of 1 300 m and a depth of 5 00 m, and analyze the surrounding rock deformation, the waist line movement and the floor heave seriously during the roadway process, and use the high-strength preload anchor to carry out the two rework support test. The pre tightening force of anchor and auxiliary cable was tested in the test roadway, and compared with the supporting force of roadway surrounding rock deformation, it was concluded that the high strength pre load anchor bolting scheme can achieve the controllability of roadway deformation. The test results showed that the roof subsidence of the roadway was the most large 39 mm, the maximum value of the two help is 163 mm, and the bottom floor basically without change. This proved that the high strength pre tight anchor bolt support can meet the demand of the roadway, providing the value of popularization and application under similar condition.
