摘要
高阳选煤厂浮选系统采用两台Jameson浮选机(J6500/24)串联扫选,由于浮选尾矿灰分较低,精煤回收率低,对Jameson浮选机入料、精矿和尾矿进行了粒级灰分分析,得出:Jameson浮选机对高阳煤中细粒级煤泥(<0.043 mm)有较强的分选能力,对>0.045 mm粒级煤泥浮选效果变差,且随粒度增加选择性降低。对浮选系统工艺流程进行了研究,结合实际生产经验,提出将Jameson浮选机拆除,安装1台XJM-KS 28机械搅拌式浮选机,浮选入料并联直接进入3台机械搅拌式浮选机的解决方案。
Gaoyang coal flotation system owns two Jameson flotation machine( J6500/24) series of scavenging,due to the low flotation tailings ash content,plant recovery rate is low,the Jameson flotation machine into material,concentrate and tailings grade ash content were analyzed,it was concluded that; Jameson flotation machine had a strong ability to select fine particles of coal( 0.043 mm) in Gaoyang Mine,and the effect of 0.045 mm coal sludge floatation was poor,and the results of selective reduction with particle size increased. The flotation system process was studied, combined with the actual production experience,the demolition of Jameson flotation machine was proposed,installing a XJM-KS 28 mechanical agitation type flotation machine,flotation into parallel directly into the mechanical agitation type flotation machine solution was given.
