摘要
针对煤矿主通风机故障发生的不确定性及复杂性,通过对煤矿主通风机的轴承以及旋转部位进行了故障机理分析,以主通风机滚动轴承为例对振动参数采集系统进行了设计研究,采用加速度传感器进行振动信号采集,以Matlab软件中的数据采集工具箱文件调用采集卡的运行函数,从而对振动参数进行采集,完成了主通风机的振动状态监测及故障机理分析。
Based on uncertainty and complexity of ventilator fault, fault mechanism of bearings and rotating parts was analyzed, rolling bearing of the ventilator was taken as example, vibration parameters acquisition system was studied and developed, acceleration sensor was adopted to collect vibration parameters, with analysis of Vibration condition monitoring and failure mechanism.
