以申南凹煤矿为例,详细介绍了煤矿掘进巷道超前钻探过程中,不预先安装孔口管导致钻孔无预兆透水的处理方法。在动压涌水条件下,采用泄压阀门有序调节涌水量,控制混合液的涌出,并利用有机高分子堵水材料固特珑遇水发生化学反应并快速膨胀凝固的特性,实现快速堵水。

The advanced mining drilling in Shennan＇ao roadway was taken as example, watering treatment without prediction under no preassembling drilling pipe was introduced. Pressure relief valve was adopted to adjust water inflow under dynamic pressure water condition and control the emission of mixed liquor, the feature of rapid expansion solidification of organic polymer shutoff material meeting water was used to realize rapid water plugging.
