《英语语言学概论》课程教学中内容依托式教学方式的应用分析

Application Analysis of Content-based Teaching in the Course Teaching of An Introduction to English linguistics

《英语语言学概论》是高校英语专业教学中一门必修课程,在英语语言学的教学中发挥着基础性作用,也是英语专业学生必须熟悉的课程。但是从目前来看,许多英语专业学生对于《英语语言学概论》缺乏足够的兴趣,认为其对于自身的就业没有帮助,导致课程教学效果不佳。基于此,可以考虑在《英语语言学概论》课程教学中引入内容依托式教学方式,推动传统教学模式的转变,通过激发学生学习兴趣的方式,促进教学效果的提高。

An Introduction to English Linguistics is a compulsory course for English Majors in universities and colleges,which plays a fundamental role in the teaching of English Linguistics,and is also a course that English Majors must be familiar with. But up to now,many English Majors are short of sufficient interest in An Introduction to English Linguistics,believing that it is not helpful to their own employment,which led to a poor teaching effect. Therefore,we propose the introduction of content-based teaching method in the course of An Introduction to English Linguistics,as to promote the change of traditional teaching mode,stimulate students＇ interest in learning,and promote the improvement of teaching effect in the end.
