苁蓉益肾颗粒治疗肿瘤化疗后骨髓抑制的疗效

Curative effect of Congrong Yishen granules on myelosuppression after tumor chemotherapy

目的:观察苁蓉益肾颗粒治疗肿瘤化疗所致骨髓抑制的疗效。方法:将60例肿瘤患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,对照组给予利血生片治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用苁蓉益肾颗粒治疗;治疗2个月后进行评价分析。结果:治疗组在白细胞、血红蛋白Ⅱ度以上降低率,临床症状改善率,生活质量提高率方面优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:苁蓉益肾颗粒能减轻化疗对骨髓抑制的作用,改善患者临床症状,并提高其生活质量。

Objective： To observe the curative effect of Congrong Yishen granules on myelosuppression induced by chemotherapy. Methods： 60 cases of cancer patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group（ each 30 cases）. Control group was given Leucogen tablets in treatment,on the basis of this the treatment group was given Congrong Yishen granules treatment. After 2 months of treatment,evaluation and analysis were performed. Results： In the treatment group,the more than Ⅱ degree reduction rate of leukocyte and hemoglobin,improvement rate of clinical symptoms and improvement of quality of life were superior to the control group. The difference between the two groups was significant（ P＜0. 05）. Conclusion： Congrong Yishen granules can reduce the inhibition of chemotherapy on the role of bone marrow,improve the clinical symptoms of patients and improve their quality of life.
