摘要
植物雌激素是一类来源于植物的结构和功能类似于雌二醇的物质。植物雌激素的激素样作用包括类雌激素作用、竞争雌激素受体(estrogen receptor,ER)发挥抗雌激素作用、降低雄激素水平、调整ERα/ERβ比例、抑制雌激素合成相关酶、影响胞膜上的G蛋白偶联雌激素受体信号通路和调整HER2状态。植物雌激素的激素样作用使其有希望成为肿瘤化学预防剂和内分泌治疗药物。
Phytoestrogens are a group of plant-derived substances that are structurally or functionally similar to estradiol. Hormone-like properties of phytoestrogens include estrogen-like properties,antiestrogenic roles through compelling estrogen receptor,degradation of androgen receptor,modulation of ERα/ERβ ratio,inhibition of estrogen-related enzymes,involution of G-protein-coupled ER1,and regulation of HER2 status. Phytoestrogens may be promising reagents for cancer chemoprevention and/or cancer hormone treatment.
