The construction and plan of ＂First-Class Universities and First-Class Disciplines＂ put forward new standards and set up new ideas for the modernization and internationalization of our higher education. The ＂Double First-Class＂ plan for the purpose of building world-class universities and first-class disciplines brings new challenges and new opportunities for the development of art disciplines in China. We should plan as early as possible about how to build a world-class art discipline research, so that our art disciplines will break through in the new round of higher education construction, go to internationalization and seize the commanding heights.
