浙南山区水库浮游生物群落结构研究

On Community Structure of Plankton in Southern Mountain Reservoirs in Zhejiang

对浙江省长潭水库水体中浮游藻类、浮游动物和底栖动物的调查表明,长潭水库水体含有浮游藻类共有70种,隶属于9门,其中蓝藻门15种,绿藻门23种,其中蓝藻是长潭水库水体藻类的优势种.此外定量分析结果表明,在浙江省长潭水库水体中,挠足类在水表层分布较多,轮虫在水中层分布最多,原生动物肉足纲和线形动物轮虫纲都是耐污种,表明了长潭水库底泥中的营养元素含量较高.研究结果可为浙江省山地水库富营养化治理和蓝藻控制提供理论依据.

In order to understand the characteristics of plankton in southern mountain reservoirs in Zhejiang,the phytoplankton,zooplankton and macrobenthic community were researched from April 2017 to October 2017 in Changtan Reservoir. The results showed that there are 70 phytoplankton species belonging to 9 phyla,15 species of which belong to cyanophyta and 23 of which belong to chlorophyta. The density of phytoplankton belonging to cyanophyta is the largest in Changtan Reservoir determined in April,indicating that the cyanobacteria is the dominant phytoplankton species in the reservoir.There are 42 zooplankton species belonging to protozoa,nemathelminthes and arthorpoda,and another 22 zooplankton spesies belong to sareodina. The most copepod are distributed in the surface layer of the reservoir while the most rotatoria are distributed in the middle layer of the reservoir.
