剪毛刀片齿形电解机械复合磨削设备研制

Development of Electrolytic and Cutting Combined Grinding Equipment for Hair-cutting Blade Edge

摘要 针对剪毛刀片齿形加工效率低的问题,提出了电解加工与机械磨削的复合加工方法,研制了电解机械复合磨削加工设备,并对关键结构部件和数控系统进行了介绍。通过对比验证表明,电解机械复合磨削方法有助于提高剪毛刀片齿形加工的质量和效率。 Aim at low processing efficiency of hair-cutting blade edge. Proposes electrolytic machining and grinding conbined processsing method. Developed electrolyze and cutting conbined grinding equipment. Also introduce key structural component and numerical control system. Shows through contrastive verification. Eelectrolyte and cutting conbined grinding method is contributive to processing quality and processing efficiency of hair-cutting blade edge.
