某选钛企业钛精矿干燥烟气异味问题调查和分析

Investigation and Analysis on Ilmenite Concentrate Dry Flue Gas Odor Problem of A Ilmenite Enterprise

对被调查企业钛精矿干燥系统喷淋塔进、出口的烟气进行监测分析,了解钛精矿干燥系统外排烟气异味的来源及排放情况,为进一步的深度治理提供科学依据。调查发现钛精矿干燥系统出口检测到的污染物质为二氧化硫、氮氧化物、硫化氢、苯乙烯,各类污染物质均未超过排放标准限值要求,现有的布袋除尘+碱液洗涤(水浴)烟气处理模式基本满足要求,但仍需进一步优化、改进。

The inlet and outlet flue gas of titanium concentrate drying system spray tower in investigated enterprise was monitored and analyzed,to understand the odor source and emissions of the flue gas,which can provide scientific basis for further governance. The investigation found that the pollutants detected in the outlet of titanium concentrate drying system were sulfur dioxide,nitrogen,hydrogen sulfide,and styrene,each pollutant does not exceed emission standard limit. The existing bag filter ＋ alkali washing（ bath） flue gas processing pattern basically meet the requirements,but still needs further optimization and improvement.
