三叉神经痛责任血管部位和MVD手术短期疗效

The location of neurovascular compression correlated with trigeminal neuralgia and early microvascular decompression outcome

目的探讨三叉神经责任血管的部位和微血管减压手术(MVD)短期疗效之间的关系。方法回顾性分析50例原发性典型三叉神经痛患者MVD手术中责任血管的部位和手术后短期疗效。结果 40例单纯背侧血管压迫患者MVD手术后全部缓解。6例单纯腹侧血管压迫患者MVD手术后,1例缓解。4例需服药1 w左右缓解。1例出院后需继续服药。结论三叉神经痛责任血管部位不同(背侧和腹侧),缓解率存在显著差异。

Objective The correlation between the location of the neurovascular compression and the shortterm MVD outcome of trigeminal neuralgia was discussed. Methods A total of 50 cases of the primary classic trigeminal neuralgia were reviewed retrospectively,and the location of neurovascular compression and the short-term MVD outcome were analyzed. Results All of 40 cases with dorsal neurovascular compression were relieved after operation. Among 6 cases of ventral neurovascular compression,only 1 case experienced early post-operative pain relief. Conclusion The location of the neurovascular compression（dorsal or ventral） significantly affects the shortterm surgical outcome.
