核电站用水闸门结构设计

摘要 为了适应三代核电站技术及更先进堆型的核电站发展需要,设计了能够承受水冲击压力为1 MPa的水闸门,对水闸门的总体结构、门框结构、门扇结构、铰链结构和启闭锁紧机构进行了详细设计,确保水闸门能将换料水池一分为二并实现密封,保证构件池可以维持满水状态以屏蔽上部堆内构件及堆内核测仪表的放射性剂量。 In order to adapt to the technology of the third generation nuclear power plant and the develop-ment of more advanced DuiXing plant,the sluice gate which can withstand the pressure of 1MPa is designed.The overall structure of the gate, the door frame structure, the door fan structure, the hinge structure and theopen and close locking mechanism are designed in detail. The sluice gate can make the refueling pool andthe sealing member one divide into two, which can maintain the pool full of water to shield the upper inter-nals and reactor core radiation do measuring instrument.
