介绍水煤浆加压气化装置磨煤机运行情况,针对湿式溢流型棒磨机开式齿轮磨损问题进行原因分析,从煤浆泄漏、润滑性能、安装方式等方面提出改造措施,从而减缓开式齿轮齿面磨损情况。

The operation of rod mill for water coal slurry pressurized gasification was reviewed. Aiming at the problem of gear wear at the beginning of wet overflow rod mill, this paper analyzed the running state and the tooth surface condition of open gear, and presented the main improvement measures from aspects of lubrication performance, coal slurry leakage and installation, so as to slow down the wear of open gear tooth surface.
