The treatment of weld seam leakage on diaphragm plate in boiler supplying water preheater in synthetic ammonia plant was reviewed. Studying the direct weld seal mechanism on high pressure equipment diaphragm plate, and the seal mechanism of regional special fixture, a plan for plugging the leakage on-line was set up to avoid plant shutting down.
