浅析危险化学品安全储存管理

Analysis of Safe Storage Management of Hazardous Chemicals

随着我国经济的发展,化学品的种类急剧增加,使用量不断加大,加上操作人员的安全意识薄弱,危险化学品事故时有发生,对人民群众的生命财产安全构成极大威胁。而与危险化学品相关的法律法规、制度并不完善。针对我国现阶段危险化学品的储存状况,对危险化学品储存过程中面临的问题进行分析,并探讨解决这些问题的对策和措施。

With the development of commercial economy in recent years, the need of market economy and thetypes of chemicals has increased dramatically, while the increasing usage, and operator＇s safety consciousness isweak. Such problems as imperfect system of relevant laws and regulations of dangerous chemicals, and dangerouschemical accidents, pose a great threat to people＇s life safety and property safety. This paper studies thedangerous chemical storage condition, analyzes the problems existed at the present stage in the process ofdangerous chemical storage, and discusses the countermeasures to solve these problems.
