高危型HPV在吉林地区各年龄段感染情况调查 被引量:14

摘要 目的调查吉林地区不同年龄段女性高危型人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)的感染情况.方法选定3 243例吉林地区有性生活史并要求进行宫颈病毒筛查的患者,采集宫颈脱落细胞,利用DML2000基因杂交信号扩大仪进行检测.结果吉林地区女性HPV总感染率为26.79%(869/3 243),在869例HPV感染患者中,年龄≤20岁的HPV感染阳性率为42.86%(9/21);20~30岁年龄组HPV感染阳性率为33.2%(166/500);30~40岁年龄组HPV感染阳性率为25.67%(268/1 044);40~50岁年龄组HPV感染阳性率为25.27%(329/1 302);50~60岁年龄组HPV感染阳性率为25.31%(80/316);>60岁年龄组HPV感染阳性率为39.53%(17/43).结论 HPV病毒感染与年龄有一定关系,青春期、育龄期及绝经期女性的病毒感染率高. Objective To investigate the infection situation of high-risk human papillomavirus( HPV) in women of different age groups in Jilin region. Method 3 243 objects who had sexual history and requested cervical virus screening were selected in Jilin area. The cervical exfoliated cells were collected by means of DML 2000 gene hybridization signal Expander. Results The women's total injection rate of HPV was 26. 79%( 869/3 243). The positive rate of whose age under 20 was 42. 86%( 9/21). The positive rate of whose age between 20 and 30 was 33. 2%( 166/500). The positive rate of whose age between 30 and 40 was 25. 67%( 268/1 044).The positive rate of whose age between 40 and 50 was 25. 27%( 329/1 302). The positive rate of whose age between 50 and 60 was 25. 31%( 80/316). The positive rate of whose age more than 60 was 39. 53%( 17/43).Conclusion There was a relationship between HPV infection and age. Women in adolescence,child-bearing period and menopause showed higher infection rate.
