摘要
介绍低聚木糖的主要理化特性和生理功能,综述近几年来低聚木糖在动物饲料中的应用研究进展,提出了目前存在的问题,并展望了低聚木糖在动物饲料中应用的潜力。
The main physical and chemical characteristics and physiological functions of xylo oligosaccharides were introduced, and the research progress of xylooligosaccharides applied in animal feed in recent years were summarized. The existing problems were put forward, and the potential of xylo oligosaccharides in animal feed was forecasted.
