癌痛规范化治疗对患者癌痛临床疗效的影响

The Clinical Efficacy of Cancer Pain Standardized Treatment for Cancer Patients

目的探讨癌痛规范化治疗对患者癌痛临床疗效的影响。方法选取2015年1月~12月我院收治的癌症患者80例,根据治疗方案不同分为对照组与观察组,每组40例。对照组应用常规治疗,观察组应用癌痛规范化治疗,对比两组患者的临床疗效。结果治疗前两组患者的NRS评分、癌痛程度及对癌痛的了解情况无显著差异(P>0.05),治疗后均得到一定改善,且观察组显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论癌痛规范化治疗有利于缓解患者癌痛,提高患者对癌痛的了解。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of standardized treatment of cancer pain. Methods 80 cancer patients in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2015 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the treatment plan, 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional treatment, the observation group was treated with standard-ized treatment of cancer pain, the clinical efficacy of patients in the two groups were compared. Results The NRS score of two groups before treatment had no significant difference （P〉0.05）, which were improved after treatment, and improved greater in the observation group than in the control group（P〈0.05）; there were no differences in NRS score, pain score and the understanding of cancer pain of the two groups of patients before treatment （P〉0.05）, but all were improved after treatment,and improved greater in the observation group than in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion the standardized treatment of cancer pain is helpful to alleviate the cancer pain and improve the understanding of cancer pain.
