复方聚乙二醇电解质散联合西沙必利对肺癌化疗便秘患者的疗效分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨肺癌化疗便秘患者应用复方聚乙二醇电解质散联合西沙必利的效果及对肠功能的影响。方法选取我院收治的肺癌化疗便秘患者80例,按随机数字法分为研究组(n=40)和对照组(n=40)。对照组单纯应用复方聚乙二醇电解质散进行治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上应用西沙必利进行治疗,观察并比较两组患者的临床治疗效果、并发症发生情况以及胃肠功能的变化等。结果治疗效果方面,研究组治疗有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);便秘改善方面,治疗前两组患者的排便时间无明显差别(P>0.05),治疗后,研究组患者从服药到首次排便的时间以及到末次排便的时间明显短于对照组患者,排便总次数明显多于对照组患者(P<0.05);并发症方面,研究组患者腔肠狭窄、肝性疾病、心血管疾病等并发症的发生率明显低于对照组患者(P<0.05);胃肠功能改善方面,研究组患者手术后首次排气的时间、肠鸣音恢复时间等明显短于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论对肺癌化疗便秘患者应用复方聚乙二醇电解质散联合西沙必利进行治疗,可取得较为理想的治疗效果,降低患者的并发症发生率,明显提高患者的胃肠蠕动能力以及肠道清洁度,临床上应当进一步推广应用。 Objective To investigate the effect of polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder combined with cisapride for chemotherapy lung cancer patients with constipation and its effect on intestinal function. Methods 80 lung cancer patients adopting chemotherapy with constipa-tion received by our hospital were randomly divided into study group (n=40) and control group (n=40), the control group was simply treated with compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder, study group was treated by cisapride on the basis of the control group, the clinical treatment effect, incidence of complications and the gastrointestinal function change of patients were recorded and compared between the two groups. Results As for the treatment effect of patients in study group, the effective rate of combined treatment for patients in study group was signifi-cantly higher than that in the control group (P〈0.05); as for the constipation patients improvement, the defecation time of patients in the two groups before treatment had no significant difference (P〉0.05). After treatment, the time between taking medicine and the first defecation of the study group was significantly shorter than those of the control group, the total number of patients defecating in the study group was significantly more than that in the control group (P〈0.05); the complications, the incidence of complications such as coelenteron stenosis, hepatic disease, and cardiovascular disease in the study group were significantly lower than that in the control group (P〈0.05); the gastrointestinal function improvement after surgery, the first exhaust time, and bowel sounds recovery time of patients in the study group were significantly shorter than those of patients in the control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion Using polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder combined with cisapride to treat lung cancer patients with constipation after chemotherapy can receive the ideal treatment effect, reduce the incidence of complications, and improve patients' ability of gastrointestinal motility and intestinal cleanliness. Its clinical application should be popularized further.
