摘要
采用高效液相色谱法测定40%叶菌唑·戊唑醇水乳剂,使用C_(18)色谱柱,以V(甲醇)︰V(水)=65︰35为流动相,在柱温25℃、波长222 nm、流量1.0 mL/min的色谱条件下进行分析。叶菌唑和戊唑醇的标准偏差分别为0.086和0.062,相对标准偏差分别为0.56%和0.25%,线性相关系数分别为0.999 9和0.999 8,平均回收率分别为99.6%和99.2%,方法达到了分析的要求。
An analysis method of metconazol·tebuconazole 40% EW was developed by HPLC with C_(18) column at 25 ℃ and UV detector at 222 nm. The mobile phase was methanol+water(volume ratio of 65︰35), and the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min.The results showed that the standard deviations of metconazole and tebuconazole were 0.086 and 0.062, the relative standard deviations were 0.56% and 0.25%, the linear correlation coefficients were 0.999 9 and 0.999 8, the average recoveries were 99.6% and 99.2%, respectively. The method met the requirements of analysis.
