摘要
平板玻璃生产中需要对玻璃厚度进行精确地测量。本文通过理论模拟和实验研究了应用白光干涉测量技术,来测量玻璃平板厚度的方法。系统通过步进电机控制精密平移台的移动,实测了一个标称厚度为5mm的玻璃平板,通过多次采样取平均的方法,结果误差为0.34%。
Glass thickness needs to be accurately measured in plate glass production.The method of measuring the thickness of glass plate is studied by theoretical simulation and experiment.The system uses the step motor to control the movement of the precision pantry,and measured a glass slab with a nominal thickness of 5 mm.The average method is obtained by sampling multiple times,and the error is 0.34%.
