钴钼催化剂在水煤气变换中的应用 被引量:5

摘要 煤化工行业对能源的消耗较大,但近年来在国家倡导的节能降耗、绿色环保方针下,煤化工行业也逐渐将节能降耗工作落到了实处。在煤气化变换过程中,许多企业采用了钴钼催化剂,伊犁新天煤化工有限责任公司变换装置的煤气为部分变换,煤气化变换反应工艺采用低温耐硫变换工艺,使用的催化剂为钴钼系耐硫变换催化剂。根据工作经验,并结合钴钼催化剂的使用情况给出了一些合理化的建议。 The coal chemical industry consumes a lot of energy, but in recent years, under the policy of energy conservation and consumption reduction under the national environmental protection policy, the coal chemical industry has gradually implemented energy conservation and consumption reduction.Many enterprises in the coal gasification transformation process The cobalt molybdenum catalyst was used, and the gas of the conversion unit ofYili Xintian Coal Chemical Co., Ltd.was partially transformed.The coal gasification shift reaction process adopted a low-temperature and sulfur-resistant conversion process.The catalyst used was a cobalt-molybdenum sulfur- tolerant shift catalyst.Based on my work experience, combined with the use of cobalt molybdenum catalyst in our plant, we gave some reasonable suggestions.
