摘要
针对阳江LNG调峰储气库项目外输管线工程设计过程中输气干线首站和调峰储气库设计压力不匹配问题,从设计源头探究设计压力不匹配原因,分析压力不匹配带来的潜在问题,提出了相应解决措施,并结合实际提出本质安全解决方案,即将首站设计压力提高至与储气库外输系统设计压力一致。
According to the design pressure mismatch problem between the first station of the main gas transmission line and the peaking gas storage in the design process of the Yangjiang LNG peaking and gas storage project, the reason for the design pressure mismatch was explored from the source of the design and the pressure mismatch was analyzed.From the potential problems, the corresponding solutions were proposed, and the intrinsic safety solutions were put forward in combination with the actual situation, that is, the design pressure of the first station was increased to the design pressure of the gas storage system.
