摘要
对输油、输气设施的安全保障技术应用现状以及在应用过程中存在的问题进行了分析,并根据技术应用存在的问题给出解决方案,希望能够为国家油气储运方面提供一定的理论基础。
The status quo of the application of safety and security technology for oil and gas transmission facilities as well as the problems existing in the application process are analyzed, and solutions are given based on the problems in the application of the technology.It is hoped that it can provide a certain theoretical basis for the national oil and gas storage and transportation.
