近些年国内经济一直处在高速发展的状态之下,石油开采井的数量不断增加,规模也不断扩大。但随着产液量的增加,油井的抽油泵效却在不断降低,地底的原油已经出现供应不足的问题。泵效是衡量抽油机能量利用率的关键技术经济指标,探究其影响因素,提高抽油泵效有利于稳定生产产量,降低生产成本。主要总结了泵效的影响因素以及提高泵效的措施,希望对相关工作的完善有所帮助。

In recent years, the domestic economy has been in the state of high-speed development, the number of oil mining wells is increasing, and the scale is expanding.But with the increase of liquid production, the pump efficiency of the oil well is decreasing, and the crude oil at the bottom has been insufficient.Pump efficiency is a key technical and economic index to measure the energy utilization ratio of pumping units.To explore its influencing factors, improving pump efficiency is conducive to stabilizing production output and solving production costs.In this paper, the author, relying on the daily experience, summarizes the efficiency of the pump effect and the measures to improve the efficiency of the pump, hoping to help the improvement of the related work.
