常减压装置抽真空冷却器节能对比

摘要 减压塔顶抽空系统作为减顶操作压力控制的关键设备,抽空系统的冷却器起到非常重要的作用,冷却器冷后温度的高低,直接影响到减顶的真空度及蒸汽喷射器的蒸汽消耗,从而影响整个装置的能耗。通过采用管壳式换热器和高效复合型"湿式"空冷器对油气及蒸汽进行冷却,通过两者进行对比得出,采用管壳式换热器进行冷却,设备投资较少,公用工程消耗相对较大;采用高效复合型"湿式"空冷器设备投资较大,公用工程消耗相对较低。 The vacuum evacuation system as a key equipment operation cut the top pressure control, cooler evacuation systems play a very important role, high and low temperature of the cooler cold, directly affect the consumption of the steam jet vacuum top and steam, thus affecting the energy consumption of the whole device.In this paper, through the use of shell and tube heat exchanger and high efficient compound "wet" air cooler for cooling of oil and gas and steam, compared with that by both shell and tube type heat exchanger for cooling equipment, less investment, utilities consumption is relatively large ; the high efficient compound "wet" air cooling device investment is large, the utility consumption is relatively low.
