摘要
分别采用公司纯化水、自来水、制药废水配制三种不同水质的液体培养基,将白腐真菌的代表菌种——黄孢原毛平革菌接种至三种不同水质的液体培养基中,培养一周后分别测其湿重、干重以及菌丝体对公司制药废水的降解效果,探究了液体培养基水质对白腐真菌的生长及其降解污染物活性的影响。结果表明,液体培养基水质对白腐真菌的生长及其降解污染物的活性影响不大,若公司采用白腐真菌处理生产废水可采用制药废水配制液体培养基以达到节能环保的目的。
Three kinds of liquid mediums were prepared by using purified water, tap water and pharmaceutical waste water respectively.Inoculated into three kinds of liquid medium with different water quality, the representative strain of white rot fungus, Phanerochaete chrysosporium, After one week of culture, the wet weight, dry weight and mycelium' s degradation effect on the company' s pharmaceutical wastewater were respectively measured.The effects of liquid medium on the growth of white rot fungi and the activity of degrading pollutants were studied.The results showed that the water quality of liquid medium The growth of rot fungi and its activity of degrading pollutants have little effect.If the company adopts white rot fungi to treat production waste water, pharmaceutical liquid waste can be used to prepare liquid medium to achieve the goal of energy saving and environmental protection.
