摘要
焊接接头的化学性能、力学性能、耐高温、抗腐蚀等各项性能直接影响着压力容器的整体性能及使用寿命。保证焊接质量是压力容器制造监督检验的一项重要工作,从焊接工艺评定、焊工资格、焊接参数、焊接返修、产品焊接试件等方面,结合实际案例,阐述了对压力容器焊接监检的观点与经验。
the chemical properties, mechanical properties, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance and other properties of welded joints directly affect the overall performance and service life of pressure vessels.Ensuring the quality of welding is an important work for the supervision and inspection of pressure vessel.From the aspects of welding process qualification, welder qualification, welding parameters, welding repair, product welding specimen and so on, combined with practical cases, this paper expounds some viewpoints and experiences on inspection and inspection of pressure vessels.
