摘要
城市化脚步的加速使得城市的建设问题显得尤为迫切,城市建设的先进与否已经成为决定城市综合实力的重要成分。在生态城市、智慧城市理论研究的基础上,构建了江苏省“生态智慧”城市建设体系,并将其融入其他8个地级市的评价之中,运用TOPSIS法计算了2013—2015年城市的综合排名。通过时间纵向和空间横向的对比,发现江苏省的城市建设水平表现出三个明显特征:地区发展分界明显、苏州引领全省发展、南京冲破固有局面。根据江苏省的实际情况和政策导向提出了“聚力”推动、“特色”领先、产业优化和贸易的主动性转型等政策建议。
With the development of urbanization, the construction of cities becomes increasingly urgent. Urban construction has become an important part of overall strength of city. The construction system of ecological and smart city in Jiangsu Province is established according to the theory of ecological and smart city. Then, it is used to evaluate the eight cities in Jiangsu Province. TOPSIS method is used to calculate evaluation results from 2013 to 2015. By vertical and horizontal contrast, three distinct characteristics are observed: Obvious regional development boundaries, stable leading position of Suzhou, and breaking through the inherent situation of Nanjing. According to the actual situation and policy of Jiangsu Province, some suggestions are proposed, which include cohesion promoting, feature leading, industrial optimization and initiative trade transformation.
