智慧城市数字生态地图制作的原理、方法及其应用——以苏州市吴中区为例

The Principles, Methods and Application of Making Digital Eco-Map of Smart City: A Case Study of Wuzhong District, Suzhou in China

为了在自然环境中加强生态旅游规划、生态经济的开发及智慧城市的管理,有助于对生态环境进行立体直观地设计和方便人们的出行,以苏州市吴中区为例,针对智慧城市的开发原理和框架,利用自主研发的5S一体化高新集成技术,首次开展智慧城市数字生态地图的研发和制作,介绍了制作的原理、方法和流程,系统阐述了其用途和功能,并对其进行延展、分析和评价,有助于政府合理有效地开发生态经济,为生态旅游规划、生态红线设计和智慧城市的管理提供依据,促进人与自然和谐可持续发展。

In order to strengthen the ecotourism planning, the development of ecological economy and the management of smart cities in the natural environment and it is helpful for the ecological environment to be stereoscopically designed and convenient for people to travel. So taking Wuzhong district of Suzhou as an example, based on the principles and framework of developing the smart city, using self-developed 5S integrated technology, we made the digital eco-map of Wuzhong district for the first time and introduced its principles, methods and procedures of production, then, this paper systematically elaborated its purpose and function and also made the extension, analysis and evaluation about it, all which will help the government to develop the ecological economy reasonably and effectively as well as provide the basis for the ecotourism planning, ecological red lines designing and smart city governing. Overall, the digital eco-maps will play an important role in promoting sustainable development between people and nature.
