Economic Value Assessment of the Forest Ecosystem Services Function in Yunnan Province

云南作为森林生态大省和长江上游生态安全屏障,探讨研究其森林生态系统服务功能价值,对于开展森林生态资产产权交易,优化调整其林业产业结构,推动长江上游森林生态建设,具有十分重要的现实意义。文章结合云南森林生态系统实际,以2015年为基准年对其经济价值进行评价。评价结果表明：云南森林生态系统服务功能经济价值为22 873.87亿元/a;单位面积价值量100 608.17元/（hm2·a）。价值构成中,固碳释氧功能价值最大,占总价值的32.32%;其次是物种保护价值,占总价值的24.09%;而提供林产品价值和景观游憩价值分别仅占总价值的2.38%和0.22%。云南森林生态系统服务功能间接经济价值远大于其直接经济价值的现实表明,大力发展其森林生态服务产业十分必要。

As the ecological security barrier of the upper reaches of the Yangtze River, Yunnan Province has abundant forest resources. Study on the value assessment of the forest ecosystem services function in Yunnan is of great practical significance to carry out the property right transaction of forest ecological assets, optimize the forestry industry structure, and promote the forest ecological construction in the upper reaches of the Yangtze River. Based on the actual situation and taking the year of 2015 as the base-year, this paper evaluated the service function of Yunnan forest ecosystem. The evaluation result shows that the economic value of forest ecosystem services function in Yunnan is 2 287.387 billion Yuan/a, and the value of the unit area is 100 608.17 Yuan/（hm2o a）. As some parts of the whole value, the value of fixing carbon and releasing oxygen is the largest, accounting for 32.32% of the total value; followed by the value of fixing carbon and releasing oxygen is the species protection value, which accounts for 24.09% of the total value; while providing forest products value and landscape recreation value accounts for only 2.38% and 0.22% of the total value respectively. Indirect economic value of forest ecosystem services in Yunnan Province is greater than its direct economic value, which proves that it is necessary to develop forest ecological service industry.
