摘要
战略逻辑理论研究始于上世纪90年代对逻辑思维的关注,而战略逻辑检验是战略逻辑理论研究的一个重要内容。战略逻辑检验是对其逻辑质量的检验,检验内容主要是逻辑连贯性等,至于战略逻辑检验的内容指标与方法在理论上仍缺乏研究,这是因为战略逻辑检验存在难点——战略逻辑往往是抽象的、隐形的。本文借鉴因果映射分析方法,将隐形的战略逻辑以直观的逻辑关系图表示出来,在此基础上尝试研究战略逻辑检验方法,并通过案例分析验证这一方法。案例研究发现,战略逻辑可用三个基本构成要素进行结构化表达,反映了企业的战略认知是组织主导逻辑,而战略规划其实是战略逻辑的情境化。
With the development of research on logical thinking, strategic logic has gradually attracted the attention of scholars since the 1990 s, and the test of strategic logic is an important part of the research on strategic logic theory. The strategic logic test is the test of its logic quality, and the main content of the test is logic continuity, etc. But up to now, there were only few theoretical researches being done on the content indexes and methods of strategic logic test, which aims to examine the quality of strategic logic, and this is because there are dilemmas in strategic logic testing possibly due to the abstractness and indivisibility of strategic logic more often than not. In this paper, the index system of the test content of strategic logic is constructed from three aspects namely, coherence, centrality and circularity. And the invisible strategic logic is represented by intuitionistic logic relation graph by using causality mapping analysis method for reference, on this basis, we try to study the method of strategic logic test, and verify this method by case analysis. Case study results adequately explicated and showed that strategic logic could be structurally expressed by three basic elements: strategic salience factor, strategic hub and causal logic chain. Strategic logic reflects enterprise's strategic recognition, and it is similar to the information filter that conforms to the dominant logic, which embodies a cognitive model of the organization and belongs to the organization's dominant logic. In fact, strategic planning is the context of strategic logic, and enterprises should emphasize the strategic logic, rather than the role of strategic planning. Enterprises need to make their strategic logic visualized, and the visualization of strategic logic may bring about the transformation and breakthrough of strategic management theory, in the meantime, the status of strategic logic, as a component factor of strategic, would be more remarkably outstanding.
