高职院校是我国制造业技能人才的主要供给端,如何将工匠精神融入高职院校思想政治教育,培养高素质综合型技能人才是高职教育立德树人的重要课题。把握职业教育特色,遵循高职学生思想政治教育规律,在高职院校思政教育课程体系开发、技能型人才培养过程及校园文化等方面中融入工匠精神,是培育高职学生工匠精神,全面提高综合素质的重要途径。

It is apparent that China’s vocational colleges need to cultivate plenty of manufacturing industry talents.Therefore,it is easy to find that how to integrate the spirit of craftsmen with ideological and political education and cultivate high quality multiplying talents is an important affair of morality education in vocational education.The objective is to grasp the characteristics of vocational education,follow the law of ideological and political education,integrate the spirit of craftsmen with ideological and political education curriculum system.It is sure that it is the route to enhance the spirit of craftsmen and improve the overall education quality.
