单侧痣样黑棘皮病

Unilateral nevoid acanthosis nigricans:a case report

报告1例单侧痣样黑棘皮病。患者女,20岁。左侧腰背部褐黑色斑块5年。皮肤科检查:左侧腰部沿腹中线至腰背部可见多个褐黑色疣状增生性斑块,呈带状分布,表面呈天鹅绒样。皮损组织病理检查:表皮角化过度及乳头瘤样增生,真皮乳头呈指状向上突起,乳头间棘层增厚,血管周围可见少量淋巴细胞浸润。诊断:单侧痣样黑棘皮病。

A case of unilateral nevoid acanthosis nigricans is reported. A 20-year-old female presented with a 5-year history of asymptomatic brownish-black pigmented plagues on the left waist. Dermatologic examination showed multiple brownish-black verrucous, velvety plaques on the left side of waist between the ventrimeson and the back. Histopathologieal examination showed hyperkeratosis, papillomatosis and moderate acanthosis in the epidermis. Papillary dermis showed moderate thickening along with sparse superficial perivaseular lymphocytic infiltration. Based on the clinical and histopathologic findings, a diagnosis of unilateral nevoid acanthosis nigricans was made.
