摘要
^18F-脱氧葡萄糖（FDG）PET／CT在结直肠癌（CRC）早期诊断、临床分期、治疗药物疗效评估、监测复发等方面具有重要价值，越来越多学者开始研究PET／CT在CRC预后方面的价值，明确PET／CT是否可通过某些参数评估CRC患者在根治术后、肝转移阶段及多处转移阶段的生存期（包括无病生存期、无进展生存期及总生存期），并探讨相关参数的阈值。该文对近年来^18F—FDGPET／CT在CRC临床预后上的应用价值进行了综述。
^18F-flurodeoxyglucose（FDG） PET/CT plays an important role in early diagnosis, clinical staging, therapeutic efficacy evaluation, and recurrence monitoring of eolorectal cancer （ CRC ）. More and more scholars have focused on the value of PET/CT in CRC prognosis, intending to find out whether PET/CT can predict the survival outcomes （disease-free survival, progression-free survival and overall survival） of CRC patients after radical resection, in liver metastasis stage or in multiple metastases stage. This review summarizes the clinical value of lSF-FDG PET/CT for the oroenosis of CRC.
